Kanon 2006
General Information
Based of a Japanse Visual Novel, the anime, Kanon, remade in 2006, aired on Japanese Television on the Network BS-i from October 5 2006 to March 15th 2007. The series was directed by Tatsuya Ishihara and made by the Kyoto Animation Studio, the same studio that had produced AIR. These these of this anime are: Romance, Drama, Harem, and Fantasy.
The story revolves around Yuichi Aizawa and five girls, most of which he had known when he was a small child, but most of his memories of the girls have vanished from his memories. At the beginning of the story, Yuichi is returning to the small winter town in which he had met these young girls in order to attend high school. It had been decided he would spend his high-school life living with his cousin Nayuki Minase and her Mother Aiko.
As the story progesses, Yuichi meets with several young woman by the names of Ayu Tsukimiya, Makoto Sawatari, Shiori Misaka, and Mai Kawasumi, whom seem to have some connection to him.
