General Information

Ouran High School Host club is based off the mnga by Bisco Hatori. It originalled aired from April 4, 2006 to September 26, 2006 on the Animax NTV network. It is a total of 26 episodes in length. It has been licened in the Unitered States by FUNimation Entertainment.

In the prilvleged School of Ouran Academy, where only the wealthy usually go, there is one student that stands out by the name of Haruhi Fujioka. The reason for this? Simply because Haruhi cannot afford the luxuries that the other students at the academy can, infact, she cannot even afford the uniform. On top of that, the day before classes began, a neighborhood boy put gum in Haruhi's long hair, which resulted in her having to cut it. Now, at Ouran High School, Haruhi appears to look just like a young commonder boy. Looking so, she stumbles into the third music room, where she finds and unexpected sight: a host club catering to young woman's desires. Confused and in a daze, Haruhi accidently knocks over a vase, which was to be auctioned off for several million yen. As a result, Haruhi is forced to become involved with this bizzare club - and they mistake her for a boy and force her to become a host to the ladies as well!
